Refund Policy (Digital Products)

1. General Information

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold through www.@vitalab.pro, including eBooks, guides, PDF files, and downloadable materials (“Products”).

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, specific rules apply to refunds, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

2. Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of accessing digital content:

Once you gain access to the file (download link, email delivery, or online access), the product cannot be “returned,” and therefore refunds are not possible.

3. EU/EEA Customers — Waiver of Withdrawal Rights

If you reside in the EU/EEA, you acknowledge that by purchasing a digital product:

You receive immediate access to the content

You lose your right to withdraw from the purchase (based on Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive)

During checkout, you must agree to this before completing your order.

4. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Granted

Although digital products are non-refundable, we may issue a refund in exceptional cases, such as:

(only if confirmed and we cannot resolve the issue)

✔️ Incorrect file delivery from our side

(wrong product sent by mistake)

In such cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We may request additional details to verify the issue before processing a refund.

5. Technical Problems

If you experience any technical issue (e.g., file won’t download or open), we will:

re-send the file

provide an alternative download link

assist you via email

We consider this support, not a grounds for refund, unless the issue cannot be resolved.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks for valid purchases of digital products may result in:

revocation of access to all products

documentation sent to the payment processor

potential removal from future purchases
